Knowingly submitting fabricated reports to harass or disadvantage another user is prohibited.

Good-faith reporting will not, by itself, be treated as a violation of this Policy.

Enforcement decisions may consider the seriousness of the conduct, available evidence, repeated violations, the risk of harm, and any relevant explanation provided by the user.

Zwaya Jobs may take immediate protective action where reasonably necessary to address fraud, exploitation, serious threats, or security risks.

Account restrictions and terminations remain subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

16.Review and Appeals

Users who believe that an enforcement decision was made in error may request a review by contacting Zwaya Jobs.

Requests should identify the relevant account or decision and provide a concise explanation of the reasons for reconsideration.
